The Cover…Persnickety, Fancy Little Frocks
It was hard to choose which of these frilly frocks would grace the cover!
The Penelope Dress…This magical shorter style dress has become a favorite this season. Adored because it showcases so many luscious fabrics and prints, all enhanced with lace trim at the bottom and on the sleeves. Worn with the Cream Lace Capri’s.
Pearl Dress, Long Sleeve…This dress with so many shades of grey, features delicious textures and fabrications. With long stripes for whimsical flair and complete with row upon row of yummy ruffles up top, this dress is to die for!! It’s as comfortable as it is fashion-forward and we just know she will wear it again and again. Worn with matching headband.
